Who is responsible

This policy covers kingsleymed.com, the website of Kingsley Med Clinical Network, a brand of Consumer Response Media, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110. Kingsley Med decides how the information described below is used. Questions about it can go to team@kingsleymed.com or (800) 741-9835.

Reading the site

You can read every page without giving us anything. The site has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Our host keeps standard server logs, the time and address of each request, which we use only to keep the site secure.

What the forms collect

The research updates form asks for your name, your email address, your ZIP code, one area of health and, if you want texts, your mobile number. The contact form asks for your name, your email address and your question, with a mobile number only if you want a reply by text. To keep a record of consent we also store the date and time, the page you used, your IP address and your browser.

Kingsley Med never asks for medical records, test results or a diagnosis, and asks you not to send them.

How it is used

We use your details to send the updates you asked for, to answer your questions and to keep proof of your consent. Your ZIP code is used only to make updates about research near you. We do not use your details for any other purpose.

Who can see it

Kingsley Med does not give your details to any study team, research site or sponsor. To ask about a study, you call or write to its team yourself. Our texts come directly from Kingsley Med and never enroll you in a study. The companies that host this site and deliver our messages process information for us, on our instructions only.

Your personal information will not be sold or leased to any third party.

Mobile numbers and text consent

Your mobile information will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Reply STOP to any text to end them. The SMS terms set out the full program rules.

How long it is kept

Your sign-up is kept until you end it, and your details are then deleted within thirty days. The record of your consent and of any opt-out is kept for as long as we may need to show it.

Seeing, fixing or removing your details

Email or call to find out what we hold about you, to fix anything wrong, or to have it removed. Expect a reply within thirty days; any extra rights under your state’s law are respected too.

Keeping it safe

Forms are sent over an encrypted connection, and what they collect is stored with access limited to the few people who need it. No system can promise perfect security, which is one more reason we ask for so little.

People under 18

Kingsley Med is meant for people aged 18 and over. If we learn that details belong to someone younger, we delete them.

Changes to this policy

Each revision of this policy carries a new date at the top. Should a change touch details you have already shared, you will hear from us first.
